At Chitra Veethi, each artwork is a hand-painted, one-of-a-kind creation curated for discerning buyers.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed, as each piece is uniquely curated and prepared for sale.
- Chitra Veethi may cancel orders in rare situations (e.g., unavailability, pricing error, shipping limitation). In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not issued for change of mind, preference, or minor colour/texture variations.
- Refunds apply only if:
- Chitra Veethi cancels the order before dispatch, or
- The artwork is irreparably damaged during transit and repair or restoration (including gold-foil replacement) is not feasible.
- Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay within 7–10 working days.
3. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for major transit damage verified by Chitra Veethi’s quality team.
- Customers must email support@chitraveethi.in within 24 hours of delivery, including:
- A full, unedited unboxing video, and
- Clear photographs showing the damage.
- After assessment, Chitra Veethi will determine whether repair, restoration, or gold-foil replacement is applicable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or commissioned artworks.
- Artworks damaged after delivery due to improper handling, cleaning, or failure to follow the Artwork Care & Preservation guidelines.
- Natural ageing or surface changes not related to material defect.
